Quality of the product was really good. I had several suppliers working on my final product and decided to go with another supplier. It was not b/c of the quality, communication, speed of delivery, or anything that could have been changed. It was just our preference of the bottle shape. Ironically, I'm now a little disappointed with that decision (one lid size with this supplier but now I have multiple lid sizes).
